Limestone is a sedimentary rock formed from sediment that has settled at the bottom of a body of water or has been deposited in a desert environment, which has then been compressed over millions of years. Made up predominantly of carbonates, such as calcite and dolomite, our Limestones are very dense with low absorbency displaying the occasional unique mineral vein.
Limestone products present a slightly smoother surface when compared to sandstone products. This makes them ideal for those who are looking for a natural, traditional flagstone with a softer finish, with a selection of natural shades available.
